We’re delighted to announce that Your360 was named among the 2026 TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200, joining a handpicked group of early-stage startups from around the world. TechCrunch chose this year’s cohort from thousands of applications, recognizing startups that push the boundaries of technology and change what’s possible across their industries.

In Startup Battlefield’s most competitive year to date, Your360 AI was one of just five companies selected in the Human Resources and Recruiting category. We’re proud to have received this recognition as we continue our mission to bring high-quality, interview-based 360 feedback to leaders through voice AI. As part of the Startup Battlefield 200, we exhibited at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, held October 13–15 in San Francisco. Our cofounder and CEO Jared Goralnick took to the stage to share the personal experience that inspired Your360 AI and explain why the kind of feedback that influenced his own career should be available to everyone.

Inside TechCrunch’s Startup Battlefield 200

For more than 15 years, TechCrunch’s Startup Battlefield has championed the next generation of startups, including the likes of Dropbox, Cloudflare, and Discord, which all took part in the event long before becoming some of the biggest names in tech. Today, Startup Battlefield alumni have collectively raised more than $32 billion in funding.

This year’s Startup Battlefield 200 spanned 21 industry categories, from artificial intelligence and robotics to climate technology, healthcare, fintech, and of course HR tech. The full list is an impressive lineup of startups tackling some of the biggest challenges facing businesses and society.

The stakes were high for this year’s cohort, with all 200 startups in the running for Best in Industry recognition, while just 20 were selected to pitch their respective technologies on the main stage at TechCrunch Disrupt. From there, five finalists competed for the coveted Disrupt Cup and $100,000 in equity-free funding.

For Your360 AI, selection among the 200 was meaningful given the competition in the HR technology sector. We’re particularly pleased to have seen our approach to 360 feedback recognized in a category where so many companies are finding new ways to improve how people work.

Your360 AI’s innovative approach to leadership development

The problem we’re tackling is one that has frustrated organizations for years: how do you give more leaders access to meaningful, in-depth feedback?

Traditional 360-degree surveys can certainly gather valuable feedback, but they rely solely on colleagues providing enough detail in their initial responses, often restricted to a text box. As an alternative, some organizations turn to interview-based 360s that allow experienced coaches to probe deeper by asking follow-up questions and exploring specific examples of leadership behavior. But this approach comes with a hefty price tag: at $10,000 to $15,000 per leader, this level of feedback has traditionally been reserved for the C-suite.

Instead, Your360 AI makes interview-based feedback more accessible through Tam, our voice AI coach. Tam conducts personalized conversations with colleagues, then asks follow-up questions to uncover the experiences behind their feedback. Leaders receive a detailed report, followed by a live coaching debrief and personalized development plan. The entire process takes two to three weeks, with a starting cost of just a few hundred dollars per person – a mere fraction of the typical costs of coaching.

TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 marks a milestone for Your360 AI

Taking part in TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 was an important chapter in Your360 AI’s journey. The event gave us an opportunity to introduce our technology to a global community of founders and investors, opening doors to new relationships that could shape our next stage of growth.

As Jared shared during his pitch, we’re already running pilots with several Fortune 100 companies. In our first year of business, every company that has used Your360 has renewed and expanded its engagement with us. It’s an encouraging sign that organizations are seeing the value of making interview-based 360 feedback more accessible.

We’re grateful to everyone who’s helped us reach this point, particularly the early customers who’ve put their trust in us. We’ve come a long way, but there’s still so much we want to achieve. And we can’t wait to share what’s next.
